There is no fee to submit an application. 2. Identify a Property Review available rental options on our website and determine which property best fits your needs. 3. Schedule a Tour Contact the listed property manager to schedule an in-person tour or request a video tour. Once You’ve Found a Property You’d Like to Move Forward With 4. Request Screening Request that screening be initiated—or indicate your intent to occupy if screening has already been completed. When screening is ordered, you will receive an email verification request to confirm your identity. At that time, a $35 screening fee per adult applicant or occupant will be collected.
