As part of our commitment to representing you effectively in your property search, we require certain forms to be completed prior to touring property with you as your buyer representative. These forms serve to ensure clear communication and define our roles in the real estate process.
Authorization for Communication
This form enables us to establish the most effective means of communication with you and officially authorizes us to do so.
Relationships in Real Estate Disclosure and Definitions
Developed by the Montana Realtors organization, this form provides explanations for key terms and outlines the roles of Realtors in transactions. By completing this form, you acknowledge how we represent parties in contracts, our potential role as a dual agent, and our commitment to representing only one buyer per property contract at a time.
Buyer representation Agreement
Our Buyer Broker Agreement solidifies our commitment to assisting you throughout the buying process. It outlines an agreement of compensation that may be due from you on transactions where it is not otherwise negotiated. It includes provisions for providing resources, forms, and information, as well as facilitating the transaction on your behalf. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of obtaining your own inspections and warns about wire fraud risks. Our exclusive agreement ensures our dedication to representing you now and in the future. We will renew this agreement as needed, and if at any time you are unhappy with your representation, we want to know so we can better represent you. Note: If you have previously signed an "exclusive" Buyer Broker Agreement with another agent, please ensure it is released prior to signing with us or inform us immediately.
If you have any questions please let me know via email, or however you prefer to communicate.
We look forward to working with you!
