  • How do you plan to finance your purchase?
  • Are there restrictions or preferences for the type of property you want?
  • What’s your timeline?
  • Do you have any additional steps to complete before you’re ready to buy?
🏦 If You’re Using Traditional Bank Financing:
  • Meet with your lender to get pre-approved.
  • Understand the type of loan you’re approved for and what it covers.
  • Know your comfortable price range and your maximum approval.
  • Be aware of closing costs and required down payment.
  • Ask if seller contributions are allowed and what the limits are—this can be a valuable tool during negotiations.

  • Do not change jobs.
  • Avoid large purchases or new credit inquiries.

✅ Buyer Representation Agreement
This agreement formalizes our commitment to working exclusively on your behalf. It outlines how we’ll advocate for you, what services and protections we provide, and includes vital safety information (like warning against wire fraud and encouraging independent inspections).
